Complex strokes
You formatted an ellipse layer with a brush or dynamic stroke, a variable-width stroke, or a custom miter angle on an arc. EllipseShape draws a single solid stroke of constant width, so the layer is rendered as an image.
To convert the layer into an EllipseShape, use a basic stroke with a uniform width and the default miter angle in Figma.
