Variant layer reordered
A layer from the default variant has a different parent in one variant. Its position might have changed if the variant has more or less layers than the default variant. The plugin drops it from all variants, so that it can create states in QML.
To keep the layer, check that it is in the same position in all variants (that is, has the same parent layer everywhere).
