Detailed Description
This is generally used to communicate timestamped data in a particular coordinate frame.
header is a structured value type usable in QML. It maps directly to the std_msgs::msg::Header ROS 2 message type.
Construct a header in QML by assigning a JavaScript object whose keys are its component properties, or by setting those properties individually.

frameId : string
Transform frame with which this data is associated.
stamp : time
Two-integer timestamp that is expressed as seconds and nanoseconds.
