Detailed Description
parameter is a structured value type usable in QML. It maps directly to the rcl_interfaces::msg::Parameter ROS 2 message type.
Construct a parameter in QML by assigning a JavaScript object whose keys are its component properties, or by setting those properties individually.

name : string
The full name of the parameter.
value : parameterValue
The parameter's value which can be one of several types, see
`ParameterValue.msg` and `ParameterType.msg`.
