Detailed Description
DiagnosticStatusPublisher publishes diagnosticStatus values to a ROS 2 topic. Set the topic and node properties, then call publish() to send messages.

hardwareId : string
The hardwareId field value included in the next publish. Setting this property emits hardwareIdChanged and, when autoPublish is true, requests a publish at the end of the current event-loop iteration.
level : uint8_t
The level field value included in the next publish. Setting this property emits levelChanged and, when autoPublish is true, requests a publish at the end of the current event-loop iteration.
name : string
The name field value included in the next publish. Setting this property emits nameChanged and, when autoPublish is true, requests a publish at the end of the current event-loop iteration.
values : list<keyValue>
The values field value included in the next publish. Setting this property emits valuesChanged and, when autoPublish is true, requests a publish at the end of the current event-loop iteration.

void publish(diagnosticStatus msg)
Publishes diagnosticStatus msg to the ROS 2 topic set by the topic property. Does nothing if the publisher is not connected.
