Detailed Description
A singleton helper (mirroring QtQuick3D's Quaternion type) that exposes the vector3 factory functions to QML. For example: Vector3.fromEulerAngles(0, 90, 0).

Construct from a single-precision QVector3D.
The components of v are widened to double precision.
