Detailed Description
It was an atomic update. A specific parameter name can only be in one of the three sets.
ParameterEventDescriptorsSubscriber receives parameterEventDescriptors values from a ROS 2 topic. Set the topic and node properties, then connect to the messageReceived() signal.

changedParameters : list<parameterDescriptor>
The changedParameters field of the last received message. Updated whenever a new message arrives. changedParametersChanged is emitted on every update.
deletedParameters : list<parameterDescriptor>
The deletedParameters field of the last received message. Updated whenever a new message arrives. deletedParametersChanged is emitted on every update.
message : parameterEventDescriptors
The last message received on topic. Updated whenever a new message arrives.
newParameters : list<parameterDescriptor>
The newParameters field of the last received message. Updated whenever a new message arrives. newParametersChanged is emitted on every update.
Signal Documentation
messageReceived(parameterEventDescriptors msg)
Emitted when a new parameterEventDescriptors arrives on topic. msg contains the received value.
