Detailed Description

ParameterType.PARAMETER_NOT_SET indicates that the parameter was not set (if gotten) or is uninitialized. Values are enumerated in `ParameterType.msg`.

ParameterValueSubscriber receives parameterValue values from a ROS 2 topic. Set the topic and node properties, then connect to the messageReceived() signal.
