Detailed Description

Channel names in existing practice include: "u", "v" - row and column (respectively) in the left stereo image. This is opposite to usual conventions but remains for historical reasons. The newer PointCloud2 message has no such problem. "rgb" - For point clouds produced by color stereo cameras. uint8 (R,G,B) values packed into the least significant 24 bits, in order. "intensity" - laser or pixel intensity. "distance"

ChannelFloat32Publisher publishes channelFloat32 values to a ROS 2 topic. Set the topic and node properties, then call publish() to send messages.

The name field value included in the next publish. Setting this property emits nameChanged and, when autoPublish is true, requests a publish at the end of the current event-loop iteration.

values : list<real>

The values field value included in the next publish. Setting this property emits valuesChanged and, when autoPublish is true, requests a publish at the end of the current event-loop iteration.

void publish(channelFloat32 msg)

Publishes channelFloat32 msg to the ROS 2 topic set by the topic property. Does nothing if the publisher is not connected.
