Detailed Description
Reserved [0-9], publicly available transitions. When a node is in one of these primary states, these transitions can be invoked.
transition is a structured value type usable in QML. It maps directly to the lifecycle_msgs::msg::Transition ROS 2 message type.
Construct a transition in QML by assigning a JavaScript object whose keys are its component properties, or by setting those properties individually.

label : string
A text label of the transition.
