Detailed Description
Messages of this datatype are of ROS Time following this design: https://design.ros2.org/articles/clock_and_time.html
DurationPublisher publishes duration values to a ROS 2 topic. Set the topic and node properties, then call publish() to send messages.

nanosec : uint32_t
The nanosec field value included in the next publish. Setting this property emits nanosecChanged and, when autoPublish is true, requests a publish at the end of the current event-loop iteration.
sec : int32_t
The sec field value included in the next publish. Setting this property emits secChanged and, when autoPublish is true, requests a publish at the end of the current event-loop iteration.

void publish(duration msg)
Publishes duration msg to the ROS 2 topic set by the topic property. Does nothing if the publisher is not connected.
