Detailed Description
Messages of this datatype are of ROS Time following this design: https://design.ros2.org/articles/clock_and_time.html
DurationSubscriber receives duration values from a ROS 2 topic. Set the topic and node properties, then connect to the messageReceived() signal.

message : duration
The last message received on topic. Updated whenever a new message arrives.
nanosec : uint32_t
The nanosec field of the last received message. Updated whenever a new message arrives. nanosecChanged is emitted on every update.
sec : int32_t
The sec field of the last received message. Updated whenever a new message arrives. secChanged is emitted on every update.

messageReceived(duration msg)
Emitted when a new duration arrives on topic. msg contains the received value.
