Detailed Description
Because the parameter event was an atomic update, a specific parameter name can only be in one of the three sets.
parameterEvent is a structured value type usable in QML. It maps directly to the rcl_interfaces::msg::ParameterEvent ROS 2 message type.
Construct a parameterEvent in QML by assigning a JavaScript object whose keys are its component properties, or by setting those properties individually.
